OPAL performance and stress testing

To all,

    For those who are interested, I have just finished
performing a 
range of stress tests on OPAL and Woomera with some
excellent results.

    I was able to create and sustain over 200 simultaneous
SIP calls 
with WoomeraOPAL over a few hours with no problems. I would
have run it 
for longer (and other people have) but the callgen I was
using crashed 

    I'd be interested in hearing any similar reports from
other people 
who have tested OPAL as well. Please post them to this
list.

Did you use CVS head for the test?

Did the test involve video?

Hi,

    60 channels of SIP (30 channels dialing to the other 30
every 5 
seconds or so) on Windows XP SP2 for 12 hours continuously.
No crashes 
so far. Source is CVS Head as of 3 days ago compiled using
Visual C++ 6.0
   
    However there seems to be excessive delay during call
drop. As much 
as 5 to 7 seconds before the call drops. I guess I will
check it again 
with the latest source. Faced issues getting it compiled.
The VC 6.0 
projects don't seem to be maintained well. I guess everyone
has moved 
onto the newer versions.
