Ok you
do not need to remove the H.261 just in the display just move the H.263 to
higher on the list to the H.261. Also you MUST have libavcodec.dll in the
c:pwlib_plugins directory (where it is installed) otherwise it will not
work. You may need to have a copy of libavcodec.dll in the install
directory as well to get it show up in the codec list.
It
seems to be working fine here.

the h263 plugin seems not working. I remove the h261 plugin and
added libavcodec in the same directory as h263 plugin. I can see the h263
format from settings/video tab, but when I try to establish a call, only audio
call is establish.

Greetings,
I have tried with success PacPhone. The video + audio + messages work perfectly.
Between two PacPhone endpoints there is no problem. So i defined a new cenario where i had a simpleOPAL in
endp1 and PacPhone in endp2. The video output from simpleOPAL is as follows in attachment.
Then i realized that in the video input device was selected
Microsoft WDM Image Capture (Win32)
instead of
Creative WebCam NX Ultra
the i tried the following command line in endp1:
simpleOpal -l --grabber "Creative WebCam NX Ultra (VFW)";
(in endp2 i have VGA USB Camera (2120) which is not detected by simpleOPAL)
In endp2 i did not received any video and in endp1 i continued receiving as the image in attach depicts.
in endp1 i had the following output:

hi simon,
yes, I did have the libavcodec.dll in both pwlib_plugin directory as
well as the MyPhone2 folder which is the install directory.
the libavcodec is downloaded from Opal checkout. It should work fine
right?
and when i use h261 plugin, the color output is off from normal. my cup
is blue color but it shows orange in video. I'm confused.
please advise.
