There has been an H.264 codec based on x264 (GPL license) in
Opal for about 4
months, and this should be usable with the Plugins branch of
OpenH323. I have
not looked at it further, but it is open source so you
should be able to figure
it out easily.
For a non-GPL implementation, interoperable with Polycom,
please feel free to
