Keeping people appraised of my activities. Running errands.

I've been working since 6AM with no interruptions except 10
min for  
breakfast, 10 min for lunch,
7 minutes to talk to a friend who just found out she's being
deployed  
to Iraq, and 5 minutes to talk
to a contractor and tell him he has to use email to send me
quotes  
and not chat me up about them
on the phone.

I have to take a shower, do a couple of errands, and go to
the other  
house. I'll be back online
by 4:30 or so.
