you've got 
changes in legals that haven't made it to 4.0.  Please reply
with the 
risks/rewards for each change.  I'll start it off with one
of my own:

max:
4568 - Fix datapointer lookups in DHTML
risks: low, just adds more null checking.
rewards: local dataset lookups work in dhtml

josh:
4580 - Added support for inset management to incubator's
roundrect.lzx
