+ Worked (somewhat with Tucker) on a modular and portable
set of
environment shell
scripts that work in a platform independent fashion on
Mac, PC,
Parallels. Awaiting
Tucker's review. Works for me on XP, OS-X. Not yet
tested on
Parallels.
+ Put a lot of work into understanding and fixing svn hooks,
fixing
and commenting
support files related to the pre-commit hook in
particular.
Increased my knowledge of
perl syntax and perl regular expressions. Unfortunately,
couldn't
test my fixes on the
server.
+ Developed an understanding of, and procedures for, making
patches
using subversion
branches to more easily and reliably test patches on
various
platforms. It's not as obvious
as it might seem but is great once you get the hang of
it.
+ Worked on LPP-2814, LPP-3313, and on organizing residual
changes
from last release.
+ Caught up with a lot of team email.
