but that is the point, it is integrated in the IDE and i
think that we
need to improve this capabilities in the IDE further. It
doesn't matter
which tool (XRay or ObjectInspector) would be preferred but
it should be
integrated smoothly.

The ObjectInspector have this feature as well (press F1 on a
service|method node for example), integration of the
DevGuide will be
supported as well. Currently only possible over the IDL
reference.
Both tools are really helpful for developers. Let the user
decide which
one they prefer. Berend have listed some ideas around the
ObjectInspector in the wiki where you can get an impression
of future
improvements.
