possibility to make readonly/locked objects

Is it possible to make single objects read-only, for example
tables,
bookmarks and paragraphs?

For tables and paragraphs I would suggest using the
sections. Work very 
good. However, sections contain at least one whole
paragraph, so the 
content of a closed bookmark generally cannot be kept in a
section.
