For valid filter names, you can get the full list by running
a small 
Basic script. That is not documented at all: DannyB provided
something 
on oooforum.org

For the filter options, I only found the doc for the CSV
import/export 
filter in the developer's guide... nothing else. And for the
encodings 
the only thing to do is to have a look at the right file in
the sal 
sources :(
