MOving-Draging DialogElements with the Mouse

Hey all,

,I am working on a solution to have a more professional way
to place and 
crop Images in a WriterDoc. ,
So I put the Image in a DialogImageControl and make the
cropping visible 
with four DialogLineControl's. ,
The DialogLineControl's are now moved with pressing a
buttom, 
moving-draging this DialogLineControl's with the mouse:
,- can it be done in a Dialog wit basicCode ?
,- so yes where to start ? ,
