Building the ODK

Hi there,

I was building the ODK today, and odk/util refused to build
with the 
message to increase MAXLINELENGTH. I added
MAXLINELENGTH = 500000

to odk/util/makefile.mk, and then it built correctly. Has
anyone else 
run into this? I opened issue 60274 to track it:
