OfficeToolbar titlebar?

In my Essbase addon, I have a custom toolbar that now works
properly.
However, if the users undocks the toolbar and drags it down
into it's own
window.  The title bar on the resultant window is 'Add-on
1'.  Is there a
way I can customize that title bar to say 'Essbase'?

I didn't see anything in the dev guide.
