ANNOUNCE: tcluno release 0.2

The tcluno team is pleased to announce release 0.2 of
tcluno.

Tcluno is a set of Tcl packages, which provide acccess to
OpenOffice.org using 
the urp socket interface. 

Since release 0.1 the C/C++ part has been eliminated and the
packages are Tcl 
only now. 

One part of the packages (unospection) allows interactive
introspection and 
driving of a running OpenOffice.org process (server).
