Hi,
for a slide it is not allowed to assign a name that is the
same as an
automatically generated name. Therefore you can't name
the second slide "slide 1" because then you would
have two slides with
that name. But since slide names are used as targets
for bookmarks, duplicate slide names are not allowed.
"cdilmvx" are not allowed because of the roman
naming scheme (f.e.
"Slide IV" is slide 4")
"Slide ?" ist not allowed where ? is
"a-z" or "A-Z" because of the
naming scheme with single characters.
You can change the naming schemes under
"Format->Page->Page->Layout
Settings->Format"
