| Glow - eGroupWare support |

Hallo
In our organisation (200+ PCs) we use OpenOffice.org for
some time
already, and starting to use eGroupWare. Any integration
between the two
would be great.
As I read on the main page, the Glow client should support
OpenGroupware, Apache James and PHPgroupware.
I'd like to ask for support for eGroupWare too. Since,
AFAIK, the
eGroupWare is a fork of PHPgroupware, it shouldn't be too
hard.
We have tryed the PHPgroupware too before, however it's
developement has
been, ehmmm, slow. Very slow. So slow that we haven't
believed that it
was live project anymore. In contrary to eGroupWare.
Sincerely
Peter

The Glow client isn't developed anymore (AFAIK). If you look
for a
Java based client, you might consider Columba.
The OOo strategy seems to use/integrate Thunderbird /
Sunbird /
Lightning with OpenOffice.org Which is
exactly the right thing
todo, IMHO
If you want to integrate Sunbird/Thunderbird with
eGroupware, the
latter just needs to support CalDAV (and GroupDAV if you
want non-
LDAP based addressbook synchronisation).
Greets,
Helge

Thank You.
I don't want, what should I integrate in fact We need
some solution
for calendar sharing. EGroupWare is quite good for that,
however if it
was even integrated with TB and OOo, should be of course
even better
I'll try to check, whether the EGW does support the CalDAV.
Sincerely Peter
