cl->is: I talked with aw and he has no other opinion on
this matter. But we
should resolve this quick as it is a major time killer if
you build an
incompatible cws. If you start an incompatible build
overnight and next day it
hangs in binfilter, that is very annoying.

So please, if you have a fix for this problem, implement it
with P2 priority in
the next possible build. If you don't have a fix, please
let us discuss this now
and find a solution.
