rail -> is: I removed "uk" from globals.pm and
got "uk" build, as expected.
Thanks for the tip. 

Installation went very smoth for both NSIS and MSI
installers (WinXP). There was
no problem before with installation AFAIK (before = before
we got en-US_uk). Is
there a possibility to learn why Ukrainian was adeed to
"noMSLocaleLangs"?
Maybe there was some problems on other Windows versions?

//qatrack.services.openoffice.org/view.php). Can you
test it a bit too?
