User is not prevented to install Sparc packages on I386

of: cnp-sdk has checked if a i386 package should be
installed and stopped
installation before Java GUI came up. Maybe it is allowd to
install i386
packages on an Sparc machine. But it must make sense. If you
install OOo i386 on
Sparc it doesn't work. What's the  benefit?
