Enabling OOffice applications from "Run..." menu

IS -> OF: This works as good as it worked for the
soffice.exe in the last years.
Now scalc.exe, sdraw.exe, ... are supported in the same way
as the soffice.exe.
Therefore this is fixed in my opinion.  If you think, we
should find another
solution for the one-user-installation, this should be done
with another task.
