(0) clean XP System (no OOo, no MSO installed => xls, ppt
not associated with
any program)
(1) install OOo 2.3
BUG: Installer MSO file assoc Wizard page comes up with no
check marks set for
xls, ppt

=> In case no other program is associated with xls or ppt
OOo should get
associated with these types. => in described scenario,
xls and ppt should be an
opt-out on the wizard page, not an opt-in.
