What magic puts the soffice.odt etc files into %Allusersprofile%Templates ?

Inspecting the .idt files, and the resulting .msi file of a
OOo
installer, the soffice.odt etc template files seem to be
destined to go
into TemplateDir, which is the subfoldeer Templates in
TARGETDIR. But
where they actually end up is %Allusersprofile%Templates .
(Nothing
wrong with that as such, that location is one of the correct
places for
files like this, and Explorer's right-click:New
functionality knows to
look for them there, too.) I am just wondering what magic it
is that
makes this happen?
