Hi Danilo,
Generally this list is not used to report bugs. Instead
Issuuezilla is used
To put a bug in issuezilla : http://openoffice.org ->
"My
Pages" -> "Register", then when you
receive a confirmation email, "Login"
and "File an issue" .
In this way the relevant developers will see your bug report
/ suggestion and
you will also see the progress of this feature / bug report
if it is
accepted.

If you search Issuezilla you will probably find that there
are many MANY bugs
which have been reported but not confirmed. If they are not
confirmed then
developers generally do not look at these bugs as they have
many other things
to do. This group helps by getting enough information to
reproduce a bug and
then confirms it so that a developer can easily reproduce
the bug and then
just spend their valuable time fixing the bug. So if you can
help to clarify
and confirm bugs it would be very helpful.

You will need canconfirm permissions to confirm a bug's
existance.
Other than this option, which I do not recommend requesting
unless you
have QA experience, is to vote on an unconfirmed issue.
This will make
the developers aware that more than one person has the
problem. Once
you find an issue, please note its existence in this mailing
list. You
will should state the issue number and a short description
of the
problem. State in the issue what is needed, step-by-step to
create the
problem. Please attach any necessary files to create the
problem, crash
logs, etc. TO THE ISSUE. Do not attach them to mail
messages as the
mailer will remove them and it wastes bandwidth for those
who receive
this list by dial-in connection.
Please do look for related issues to the problem you are
having BEFORE
filing a new issue. I visited an issue at one time that had
over twelve
duplicates. If you have any questions about whether your
'new' issue is
a duplicate, ask here first before filing the issue, since
you are using
this list. If you are working with a port, such as the Mac
OS X port,
ask in the port's mailing list as well.
