Thank you for the heads up, I'm cc'ing the dev at qa list
for looking
into this and generate issues.

OOoCon.
Since now two more weeks passed after OOoCon and most issues
aren't
filed yet or raised on releases, I don't think that
"rushing out the
release" is the problem here, what we need is a much
broader and
continuous testing of Developer Snapshot and Release
Candidates,

Regarding: * Help files are not completely localized (locale
ES-specific)

This happened because the Community files we recieved were a
mix of
translated and untranslated strings. We took for granted
that the files
we received were fully translated since we did not get any
notification
about this and we integrated them as translated. It's only
during
internal linguistic review that we noticed all the English
untranslated
parts in the help.

We took those files again and - as I told you at the
Conference - I had
a vendor translate all missing part. The translations are
back and the
fix would be already available for 2.3.1.

Regards,
Rafaella
