OOo-Dev2.3 developer snapshot build SRC680_m233 available

Hello QA team,

developer snapshot build SRC680_m233 which installs as
OOo-Dev 2.3 has
been uploaded to the mirror network. There are some
OpenOffice.org language packs available as well.
Please note that OpenOffice.org language packs install into
an OpenOffice.org path not into the OOo-Dev path so they
need to be redirected manually. OOo-Dev language packs are
planned for future versions but they're not yet available.
The rename of the product name to OOo-Dev allows the
installation of the OpenOffice.org snapshot parallel to an
OpenOffice.org 2.x 'final' (released) version.

If you find severe issues within this build please file them
to 
OpenOffice.org's bug tracking system IssueTracker.

Hi,

two questions:

1. why this is OOo-Dev 2.3 rather than 2.3.1? ;) Seems like
a typo to me...

2. Is milestone m6 integrated into this build? I haven't
found one CWS 
(tl48) in it, it's supposed to be in m6, but I don't see
it... Not sure 
if I should file it in the issue that tl48 is supposed to
fix.
