Is it possible to get the source code of qatesttool? If
possible,how can I get it?

It's on the qa project, qatesttool module of the OOo CVS.

You can see how to access OOo CVS here:
http:
//qa.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectSource

For short, you will need (with cvs package installed):
cvs -d :pserver:anoncvsanoncvs.services.openoffice.org:/cvs
checkout
qa/qatesttool

There are graphical interfaces, as you can see on the link
above, but
I would recommend the command line client.

You can browse the source on web here:

.go-oo.org/source/qa/qatesttool/
