Some intro for VCL Testtool by matuaki in Japanese.

Hi,
Matuaki from japanese community has contributed a nice page
about introduction of VCL testtool for QA.

I found some mistakes and misunderstandings but we can fix
it
very soon.

Hope we can aquire Japanese testers, hopefully.
