question in sort

Hi Oliver:
    Follow the former mail,I also find that when I do not
select Case Sensitive and 
sort a column  which contain uppercase letters and lowercase
letters
original 	sort Assending 	Sort Descending
a	     a	            H
b	     B	            h
C	     b	            G
B	     C	            g
c	     c	            C
G	     g	            c
h	     G	            B
g	     H	            b
H	     h	            a
There is not any regular,when sort Assending
in the column 1, b,C is in front of B,c
in the column 2, B is in front of b,but C is in front of c
also, when sort Descending
in the column 1, G,h is in front of g,H
in the column 2, H is in front of h,but G is in front of g
I want to know does the resut is right?
