Issue Tracker subcomponent for TCM?

Hi,

Have you heard anything from the team? Is there already a
place where 
general TCM problems are tracked?

I think a default owner should be a prerequisite for a sub
component.

regarding administrative tasks

Please keep in mind that the full list of subcomponents is
added to the 
query form. With more and more subcomponents it becomes more
and more 
complex.
