Reclaiming cast votes

Quick question for anyone regarding how votes are used in
the issue 
traking system.

When I have cast a vote for an issue does that vote come
back to my 
available count when that issue is closed or must I do
something 
manually to reclaim it?

Mr. Jensen,

As far as I know, you need to manually change your vote.

Yes, that's how it works.
But you can do this at the same time you like to vote for
another issue.
