Cannot import MS Excel fil

I am testing my patch to make Excel 95 (Biff5) cell merging
work properly. Seems
like cell merging data in biff5 and biff8 is the same. I
will submit the patch
these days after testing.

BTW, there is another issue regarding biff5 import. 1C
additionally uses MSO
Drawing Objects to insert floating areas with text. In biff5
it is just OBJ
(0x005D) and completely ignored by OOo import.

Attached file contains such objects at the bottom.
