display custom data format as date while editing

Hi,

this is not a bug. The numberformat is set to userdefined on
import because
Excel has set it in this way. The left part is for positive
numbers and zero,
the right one for negative values. As Calc just display the
content of the cell
according to the formatting, it must show the original value
in case the cell is
formatted as it is in this example. So this is not a defect
and the Issue
therefore closed as invalid.
