maybe i am blind, but how to listen to changes of
NamedRanges (addNewByName/removeByName) ?

I am thinking about an RFE for this ...
Cause the NamedRanges are an unsorted list, IMHO it will
make sense
to get informed if one has to update a sorted list ...

Further on i am thinking about filter options for the
NamedRanges,for example:

- - filter all ranges defined on a sheet
- - filter named ranges, e.g. with startsWith() ...
- - filter case sensitive

BTW: This could work for Label/Datbase Ranges too ...

What do you think about it ?
