suggestion box

Hello,

Do you have a suggestion box as to modification or addition
of tools?  Not developing code or debugging.
More like a wish list.  For example the way fractions are
rounded.  A simple way to set up multi-languages
for spellcheck, and then be able to switch from one to
another quickly.  Automatic or semi-automatic updates.
