You are right wrt the property itself.
But, as I explain in my reply on Frank's mail, different
headers/footers
can be implemented in Word.
I think that is far more user-critical than different
margins.

That is how it works.
Unlinking of headers/footers to previous ones doesn't exist
in OOo. But
we don't miss that, since every page style can have it's
own.

Well, just by making it empty.
(Now I remember I owe the project the results of the
discussion on the
Dutch users list wrt headers/footers: should they be placed
in the page
margins (as in Word) or in the text area (as in OOo) - just
