Images inserted on a writer document can't be rotate

Generally the same issue:
- create a drawing in Draw with some elements rotated
- tranfer it to a .odt document (by means of a clipboard)
- the rotated elements in the drawing repeatedly lose the
rotating attribute
- even if corrected in Writer, saved properly as a part of
.odt and reopened by
 Writer.
