An enchanced version control is proposed for group authoring
and reviewing. It
should be an optional feature for managing large projects.

Instead of storing versions of full documents, versions of
paragraphs are
individually stored. A column is added to the document with
controls for each
paragraph: select version and display author. Each change is
stored as a new
version of one paragraph.

A new version of the document may be created by selecting
paragraps and/or
editing paragraps and adding a new tag on the selected set.
