XML Filter packaging multiple XSLT files

Does anyone know a way to package multiple XSLT files
with the XML Filter? The stylesheets are 'included' in a
main
stylesheet (with relative paths). I thought that refering
to
the top level XSLT would result in the included files being
packaged too into the .jar but they aren't. I've seen the
question asked before but haven't been able to find an
answer to it. Any help much appreciated.
