Hi Ilyse(?) Kazar(?)

If "a few weeks" are somewhat boring to you, you
may want to help James
McKenzie with the database problem described on this list in
thread
"2.0.3 english build"
I found errors while doing automated testing on base on an
Intel Mac
which lead to issue 66115; James also found some but only on
intel.

There is some reason to assume that these errors (at least a
part of it)
are not errors in Program but in test script so it would be
helpful to
go to the tests manually as described in TCM: "base -
all test cases".

ensource/tcm_login.cgi?tcm_config=newooo

Maybe you want try to go through the test cases described in
TCM and
report your results on this list

To do that, you must not subsribe for a special test but it
would be
helpful if you got a login to TCM system. If not I may send
you the
description of the tests by PM.

either one is fine! I've been in the habit of using
"kazar" when I
sign posts on public lists, and I sign "Ilyse"
privately

I would be so happy to help except that I only have PPC, not
Intel.
It sounds like you need tests done on PPC. I am hoping that
in
another month or two I may also have a MacIntel computer

Where do I sign up for TCM? I clicked that link and there
are fields
for name/pswd but no "register" button. I see
the mailto link to send
email to tcmrequest, but I have to declare which Test Area
of
Interest I have, and ... being the nonprogrammer completely
unfamiliary with OOo development I admit I find most of the
"how can
you help" pages, and more specific pages like this TCM
log-in page,
rather short on information.

I'll get myself signed up even if testing on PPC will not
help right
now ... this way I will be ready-to-roll when there is a
test I am
able to help on.
