is a quick hack
patch to see what is going on with keyboard. I'll rewrite
it after I learn
all the details about keyboard events in Carbon and VCL. Or
do we have any
volunteer?

If you do not count the table, it is 13 lines long
With this patch applied, cursor up and down keys as well as
Page Up and
Down work in font dialog in svtools' svdem as a demo. I
probably got
numbers' key codes wrong because I only see empty squares
when typing into
font size input fields. But I haven't investigated it yet.
