2.0.4 to be released on Friday

To help keep track of tests it would be great if you could
join the 
QA'lers using qatrack (http://www.qatrac
k.org/204/view.php).

I circumvented the issue (#i70009#) with the filename of the
English 
MacOSX versions and added the builds.

Please let Andre or Andrea know if an account should be
created for you.
