Refresh issue : one step to a solution

Hi,

With the help of Paveljanik, I began to use InvalWindowRect
to manage correct refresh.

And the results are "encouraging"/good :

immediate text refresh.

I ll implement my 2 functions RefreshWindow and RefreshRect
in cursor  
and whatever it can apply to see the magic !
