caret in mac text windows

Dear all,

Yesterday I asked Eric B if anyone was working on the
blinking caret  
for the Mac port, and he wasn't sure but suggested I ask the
list.
So if anyone is already working on it, or if you have an
idea about  
how it should be done, please let me know.
