chan_misdn 0.3.1 vs. chan_misdn 0.4.0 versions

Hello BRI user,

in RC3 there is chan_misdn-0.4.0-rc5 as default.
I suggest to use the 0.3.1 Versions of chan_misdn especially
the latest 
rc29.
Because this is the most current and much more stable
version then the 
0.4.0 tree.

The author of chan_misdn 0.4.0 has explicitly titled it as
an 
experimental tree.
