move 'names' discuss elsewhere?

    This endless discussion about renaming the project, although no doubt important, has now taken over this dev-list -- and the archives -- as the primary topic.

Honestly, it makes it hard to search for actual development-related information, and filter the noise out on the list.


Could the moderators, maybe, move the thread to -users?

Or, even better to a new/dedicated list, e.g., openpbx-misc, or something?

Indeed, it would be helpful if people would at least do
their  
homework first before making suggestions in order to keep
the noise  
level down. The current name is not legally safe, it has to
go. If  
this process continues to drift into ridicule, name change
fatigue  
may set in and the name might not change then.
