openct: some card readers fail with 2048 bit rsa keys.

so far at least the SCM 335 and the SCM dongle/reader fail
with large keys, they work fine with 1024 bit keys. I tested
using cryptoflex 32k cards. maybe someone wants to debug
this?
I will be offline thursday till monday.

initialization and key gen worked ok for some, but when I
tried
to use openssl with the engine_pkcs11 to create a self
signed 
certificate, then it failed.
