Could be. There was a pkcs15-gemsafe.c for a few years, then
recently
a pkcs15-gemsageGPK.c was added, and it looks like the
pkcs15-gemsafe.c was
renamed to pkcs15-gemsafeV1.c

Did you run the ./bootstrap? Could be you are using an older
Makefile.in
