MinGW build and lots of fixups

Hello,

I've created MinGW based build for csp11. I've found some
issue,
especially regarding unicode and unsigned handling (unsigned
< 0).

Most should be corrected, but I have no way to test this.

Branch at [1].
Diff at [2].
Tarball at [3].

A lot of other warnings an potential errors still exists,
maybe there
is an alternative? How is maintaining this?
