Error with access to pcscd.pub

Hi,

i have the following error message for any command involving
the token:

$ opensc-tool --list-reader
winscard_clnt.c:320:SCardEstablishContextTH() Cannot open
public shared file:
/var/run/pcscd.pub
Readers known about:
Nr.    Driver     Name
0      openct     Aladdin eToken PRO 64k
1      openct     OpenCT reader (detached)
2      openct     OpenCT reader (detached)
3      openct     OpenCT reader (detached)
4      openct     OpenCT reader (detached)

All the others commands (store-pin, store-private key) seem
to work.

NB: i have the same result with sudo opensc-tool
--list-reader

I am working on Fedora Core 5 with the latest version of
opensc/openct.

Any idea ?

over there I wrote:

Cannot open public shared file: /var/run/pcscd.pub
  OpenSC has support for three driver types below it: PCSC,
OpenCT and 
CT-API. If you want to use OpenSC with OpenCT only, please
edith 
opensc.conf, look for reader_drivers like and remove the
pcsc driver.

is this text ok? any other suggestions for the FAQ?
