updates to build wiki

For anyone who cares, I updated the build wiki to include my

experiences. I have also tried to format it more concisely.
I would like 
to hand off the VC project/solution files to the group but I
am not sure 
how. Yes, I know this is kinda a unix flavored group, but it
certainly 
can't hurt to have them. Is there someplace special I
should check them in?

Unfortunately I am having 1 stupid linking error and don't
have time 
anymore to continue to hunt it down. Suprize suprize!! the
direction of 
my project is changing again.
