Hello Jean-Pierre,


I've only generated a self-signed certificate using the
command found on 
the OpenSC QuickStart wiki:

OpenSSL> req -engine pkcs11 -new -key id_45 -keyform
engine -out req.pem 
-text -x509

So, as far as I know, the req.pem is the issuer in this case
and it was 
automatically imported into "Authorities" when I
first attempted to set 
up the card (and I've already given it full trust via the
Edit button). 
Clicking on "Import" only shows req.pem, and
attempting to import it 
says that it already exists.
